With bipartisan backing, voters will be asked if the state constitution should be amended so that schools would receive more support from a trust fund that has been growing since Minnesota’s early statehood. Voting YES in November does NOT raise property taxes or ask to approve a levy or referendum. (Permanent School Fund)

A right-wing group in Virginia wanted Minnesota’s voter list. They sued Secretary of State Steve Simon for two years and four months trying to get the data. Just last week, the Eighth Circuit threw the case out. The DOJ also went after Minnesota’s voter list—a federal judge dismissed that suit too. Simon hasn’t handed over any data—none.
